Dear Potential Clients, Current Clients, and Attorneys:
On March 19, 2020, Governor Gavin Newsom issued a ‘stay at home’ order to the residents of the State of California to battle the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus.
Fortunately, we anticipated this possibility and completed our office move a few days before this ‘stay at home’ order went into place. As of today, all staff, including myself, are telecommuting from home.
Telecommuting is an adjustment and our office is doing well with the changes. To ensure the efficient transition of our ‘office workflow’, from March 23, 2020 – March 27, 2020, our staff will be exclusively training and working hard to organize our files to meet the requirements of telecommuting.
To facilitate this transition, from March 23, 2020 – March 27, 2020, we will place an ‘away message’ on our email and place our phones on voicemail, returning March 30, 2020.
We thank you for your patience and support during this time, as we work hard to ‘rise to the moment’ and do what is necessary to ensure we continue providing our customers the absolute highest quality of QDRO/DRO services. We look forward to hearing from you on or
after March 30, 2020.
David T. Ruegg, QDRO Attorney
